About O'Neal Welding & Fab
Let me introduce myself. My name is Joe O'Neal. O'Neal Welding and Fabrication is located in North Georgia just minutes from I-75 and has been serving the recycling industry since 2004. I have been with Earth Cycle since our start up in 2003. We manufacture decorative colored mulch and playground safety surface by recycling wood pallets and other dimensional lumber with our Rotochopper MC166 mobile wood grinder.
Due to the rising cost of production, I began rebuilding the teeth in our unit in 2004. By this time, I had already had several years of welding experience. I began to learn how the process was performed by the professionals and quickly learned that one must have the ability to "sculpt" while welding in order to produce a quality product. By understanding the critical wear points of the parts I rebuild and hard face, I am able to use my own unique style of rebuilding. I recreate a part that not only has a quality look but is also long lasting with a bottom line rate that will save you money, all this while holding to the same standards as the manufacturer for weight and shape.
I have the experience it takes to provide you with quality rebuilt wear parts as I have now rebuilt more than 5,000 teeth, including some for mulching heads that had tips that were able to be refurbished.
